RareyI spent a lot of time looking for an auto-retracting 3/8" diameter 100' length hose reel, and found this one to be the best for the money. So far it has not let me down. It's very heavy (~70 lbs), but easy to mount to a wall with 1/2" lag bolts. Quality seems as expected - no complaints. Hose is very flexible and easily retracts all the way. I looked at the levelwind technology reels and after using this reel I feel that the levelwind reel is not necessary. I have not had any problems just letting this reel retract. Note that the hose had a yellow residue on it, so you'll probably want to wipe it down before dragging it through the house.
