JacksonI have ordered multiple packages of these clamps, and every one of them has arrived damaged, regardless of who ships them. Bessey ships them in an open box with no support materials (the problem is worst on the 24" and larger versions of this clamp) and the heavy clamps crash around in the box and shatter plastic feet, head covers, etc. Amazon and others have been good about replacing the damaged ones, but at least one out of every package of four has been damaged in every shipment I've received, so if you are in a hurry for them because of a scheduling issue, buy them where you can pick them up in person to avoid the delays of exchange.As for the clamps themselves, they are great performers.
