HaworthI bought this a few years ago and have enjoyed increased productivity with it. However, the bushing around the motor mount shredded and it was unusable. I emailed Kreg and asked how I could purchase a replacement part. They replied that the part was a problem that had been improved in subsequent models. They took my address and shipped me an entire new motor and guide plate free of charge. That is the kind of customer service I wish all companies had.
